What is a Floor Buffer?

A floor buffer is a multi-purpose machine capable of performing tasks such as buffing, scrubbing, stripping, and even carpet bonneting. There are low speed machines, dual speed machines, and oscillating machines in this category, each with its own benefits. The most common type is a rotary-style head that utilizes a cleaning tool like a floor pad, a cleaning brush, or a carpet bonnet. Other accessories, like a solution tank or weight kit, can be added to help with efficiency when cleaning with the different styles of floor buffers.
