Pioneer Eclipse Envirostar™ All Purpose Neutralizer is a neutralizing solution that is effective at neutralizing alkaline residue after stripping old finish off stone flooring, tile, and VCT. Neutralizing your hard floors will help with recoating adhesion on floors with high alkalinity. This all-purpose neutralizer is part of Pioneer Eclipses EnviroStar line of solutions that offer earth friendly cleaners that can meet the toughest indoor and outdoor environmental restrictions.
Neutralizing Floors after Stripping 1. Dilute product at 1:10 (13 US oz per gallon of water or 500 ml per 5 liters of water). 2. Apply with mop or floor scrubber to neutralize hard floors. 3. Allow to soak for 10 minutes, rinse with water and allow to dry thoroughly before applying sealer and/or coating. To neutralize vinyl floors, dilute at 1:64 (2 US oz per gallon of water or 80 ml per 5 liters of water).
Remove Salt Films 1. Clean floors to remove soil residues. 2. Mix product per the following dilutions: Removal of light to moderate winter salt films: 1:128 (1 US oz per gallon or 40 ml per 5 liters of water) in mop bucket or automatic scrubber. Removal of heavy winter salt films: 1:64 (2 US oz per gallon of water or 80 ml per 5 liters of water). 3. Pick up solution and allow floor to dry thoroughly before burnishing.
