Product Description

This Nyco high foam alkali smokehouse cleaner and degreaser is highly concentrated for use where high clinging foam is needed. The foaming solution works great for degreasing vertical surfaces like walls and ceilings as well as other alkali-resistant equipment and surfaces. The extended cleaning contact time helps in removing heavy grease deposits, carbon deposits, oils, and burnt-on soils in food processing and industrial cleaning applications. This free rinsing detergent works well in all water temperatures and conditions.

**IMPORTANT: Do not use on alkaline sensitive, nonferrous metals or painted surfaces. Always rinse with fresh water after use. Wear appropriate PPE.

Directions

1. Pour 4 to 8 oz. of product directly into vat or drain.
2. Allow to remain for 5 minutes.
3. Follow with hot water rinse.
