Diversey™ Dry Foam Shampoo & Encapsulation Cleaner not only effectively cleans all types of carpeting, but also keeps cleaning your carpeting every time you vacuum. The aggressive liquid carpet cleaner penetrates carpet fibers without attacking them and removes all types of commonly encountered soils. The formula then dries to a brittle powder so that it and the trapped soils can be easily vacuumed away, instead of sticking to the carpet fibers and attracting other dirt. This is commonly know as encapsulation cleaning, as the dried powder "encapsulates" the dirt for later removal by vacuuming.

This is an excellent wetting neutral carpet and upholstery detergent that is free of alkalis and soap. Product encapsulates soils to dry and be vacuumed out. It is specifically designed to be used as part of the Diversey Dry Foam Carpet Care System or Encapsulation System to deliver the ultimate carpet cleaning solution, but can be used in any machine or type application. It dries in as little as 30 minutes, reducing the amount of down time. Pale straw in color with a floral scent. Designed to be diluted at 10 oz of solution per gallon of water (1:13 mix ratio).

Instructions

• Vacuum carpet thoroughly and remove debris.
• Fill Foam Generator with use solution of Dry Foam Shampoo & Encapsulation Cleaner diluted 10 oz. per gal. of water.
• For light soils, adjust foam to setting -2- on Foam Generator. Run foam for 10 seconds to allow foam to build up in brush without spinning.
• Clean carpets using foam.
• Allow carpets to dry for 30 minutes.
• When carpet is completely dry, vacuum to remove crystallized soil.
• For heavier soils, adjust foam to setting -4- on Foam Generator. Run foam for 10 seconds to allow foam to build up in brush without spinning.
• Clean carpets using foam.
• Allow carpets to dry for 35–45 minutes.
• When carpet is completely dry, vacuum to remove crystallized soil.

• Brush-up compressed carpet pile of high traffic areas then vacuum to thoroughly eliminate surface soil.
• Depending upon soil level, dilute 4–10 oz. of Dry Foam Shampoo & Encapsulation Cleaner per gal. of water.
• Application: Shampoo by hand, with a soft brush, the borders and other places inaccessible with carpet machinery.
• Using appropriate carpet cleaning machine, treat carpet evenly. Brush-up carpet pile while still moist.
• When carpet is completely dry, vacuum to remove crystallized soil.
• *Please Note: Do not soak carpet. Cover feet of furniture with plastic or aluminum foil.

• Vacuum carpet thoroughly and remove debris.
• Dilute Dry Foam Shampoo & Encapsulation Cleaner product to an 8% solution or at 1:13 with water.
• Put solution in an Encapsulation Cleaner.
• Operate the machine according to the manufacturer’s recommendation.
• Immediately begin to walk backwards at a slow walking speed, pulling the machine over the carpet.
• Overlap slightly with each pass.
• Allow carpet to dry, then vacuum (vacuuming can be performed at the next scheduled vacuuming).
