The bacterial-enzymes found in this product digest normal organic sludge build-up that accumulates in drains and sewage treatment facilities. It is also specially formulated to attack decaying organic matter that provides egg-laying and larvae developmental environments for drain flies, filter flies, fruit flies, humpback flies, dark eyed fruit flies, and the common house flies. Biozyme can be safely used for home, industrial, commercial, municipal and institutional installations.

Directions
Drain Cleaning: Apply directly to drains using 2 to 4 ounces washed into the drain, with a cup of lukewarm water. Allow to stand overnight. Flush with warm water.
Mop Water: Use 2 to 4 ounces per gallon of mop water. Mop on weekly for floor areas including grout, expansion joints, and around equipment legs.
Septic Systems: Add 8 ounces per 1,000 gallons tank capacity by flushing through the toilet. Repeat weekly adding 4 ounces per 1,000 gallons of tank capacity. For effective use do not subject product to extremely hot or boiling water, disinfectants, or chlorinated dish washing products.
I don't leave reviews often but I just had to here. I have used about 6 bottles of this to maintain the floors beneath an industrial deep fryer over the last month and also once a week in routine mopping.. It is amazing stuff. Just follow the directions and an hour later it has eaten through a quarter inch of fryer oil. It is a bit pricey to use daily but even still worth it! Took me two months trying to find a product that you basically spray on (hard to reach areas) and just let it work. This company has some other interesting products that I haven't tried yet, but will.
